Covid-19 protocol information:

Prior to entry into the dental office, we will conduct a Covid-19 prescreening.

The following questions will be asked:

1. Do you currently have a fever or have you felt hot or feverish anytime in the last two (2) weeks?
2. Do you have any of these symptoms:
   • Dry cough?
   • Shortness of breathing?
   • Difficulty breathing?
   • Sore throat?
   • Runny nose?
   • Diarrhea?
   • Sneezing?
   • Post-Nasal Drip?
3. Have you experienced a recent loss of smell or taste?
4. Have you been in contact with any confirmed COVID-19 positive patients, or person self-isolating because of a determined risk for COVID-19?
5. Have you returned from outside Canada in the last 14 days?
6. Have you returned from travel within Canada from a location considered moderate or high risk >250 cases per 100,000 people?
7. Is your workplace considered high risk?

Please note that your temperature will be taken at the door with a no-touch thermometer.

If you answer “yes” to any of the questions, or if there are any changes to your answers between now and your appointment date, it is required that you call us before your appointment. This does not necessarily mean that your appointment must be cancelled/moved.
